From one connection to a complete operation

The right system for the way you work.

Sometimes a simple integration is enough. Sometimes you need a purpose-built application, an AI system, or the foundations of a new business. We’ll choose the approach that serves the outcome.

Connect the services you already use

Useful tools become extra work when information has to move between them by hand.

Connect your existing services, keep data in sync, and automate the handoffs that slow your team down.

Build an app around your workflow

Spreadsheets and generic software can only bend so far before the work starts bending around them.

Get a self-contained web app with the screens, data, rules, and approvals your business needs. Host it on infrastructure you control.

Custom web apps · Internal tools · Self-hosting

Put AI agents to practical work

Research, document review, and complex requests take more than a fixed sequence of steps.

Build agents that work with your information, use tools, and carry out multi-step tasks—with clear checks and human approval where needed.

AI agents · Knowledge systems · Document processing

Design how a new business runs

A new service can create a new pile of admin: taking orders, delivering work, collecting payments, and tracking quality.

Build the software and automation behind the business, from customer intake to delivery and reporting. Start with a working version, then expand.

An example you can explore

One request. A clearer path to delivery.

Imagine a small service business managing requests across email and spreadsheets. A custom app can give each job one place to move forward, with people in control of the decisions that matter.

Request deskInteractive illustration · Sample data
New request

A request arrives in one place.

The customer fills in a form. The app creates a job with the request, contact details and a visible status, so nothing needs copying into a spreadsheet.

Owner notification: sent. Next step: check the request.

When something goes wrongMissing details or a failed connection stay visible for a person to resolve. A failed step should never look like a completed job.

Built to fit your operationUse ordinary software for rules and approvals; add AI where interpretation helps. Hosting, integrations and any AI usage are scoped separately.

This is a browser-only illustration, not a live client system. It sends no requests or notifications. A complete workflow like this is quoted individually; a $500 first milestone could cover a narrower part.

A clear scope before a build

Understand the business. Build what moves it forward.

  1. Start with the outcome.

Tell me what you want to improve or launch: less admin, faster delivery, more consistent quality, or a smoother path from interest to revenue.

  2. Agree the result and fixed price.

We’ll map the workflow, choose the software and automation it needs, and agree the first version, fixed price, timeline, and measures of success.

  3. Build, test, and hand over.

We test the agreed scenarios, including failures. You get the application or automation, documentation, and a walkthrough on infrastructure or accounts you control.

Start small. Expand when it helps.

A useful first version, with a clear price.

KEEP IT RUNNING

Optional ongoing care

From $100 USD / month

Help keeping your delivered software and automations running as expected.

  • System monitoring and health checks
  • An agreed allowance for investigation and fixes
  • An agreed allowance for minor changes
  • Support hours defined before we start
Talk about ongoing support ↗

Software subscriptions, hosting, messaging, and AI usage are separate and agreed upfront. Full applications, AI systems, and business-wide automation are scoped individually. Maintenance is optional; your software, data, and accounts stay under your control.

The person doing the work

Hi, I’m Nauman.

I’m an AI systems engineer and independent software builder. I work across web applications, OCR, computer vision, LLMs, and agent systems. You’ll work directly with me to turn a business problem or a new idea into working software.

A few practical questions

Can you build a complete app, rather than connect existing tools?

Yes. I can build a self-contained web application with its own interface, database, and business logic, and deploy it on infrastructure you control. It can operate independently or connect to other services where useful.

Can you combine conventional software with AI agents?

Yes. A system can use predictable application logic for records, permissions, and transactions, with AI agents for tasks such as research, document interpretation, or multi-step work. We’ll agree where autonomy helps and where checks or approvals belong.

Should I connect existing tools or build a custom app?

If your current tools already do the job, connecting them may be the simplest first step. If the work depends on shared records, permissions, approvals or screens those tools cannot provide, a custom app may fit better. We’ll compare the setup, running costs and ownership before choosing.

When is AI useful, and when is ordinary software enough?

Use predictable software for calculations, permissions and fixed rules. AI can help interpret documents, research information or handle varied requests. For example, AI might extract details from an email while application rules check required fields and a person approves the result.

What determines the ongoing running cost?

Hosting, storage, traffic, paid integrations and AI usage depend on the system. A small app without AI has different costs from an agent processing documents all day. We’ll identify the dependencies, estimate costs against expected usage and agree spending controls before building. Optional care is separate from those bills.

What can fit into a $500 starting build?

A small integration, a focused internal tool, or a narrowly scoped first milestone. A complete web app, an agent system, or end-to-end business automation needs an individual quote based on the scope.

What happens after I email you?

We start by clarifying the business problem, the result you want, and any existing tools or constraints. Before a build begins, we agree the deliverables, price, timeline, access needed, and acceptance checks in writing. Larger projects can be split into milestones.

Will I need to manage a server?

Not necessarily. We can choose managed hosting or infrastructure you control, depending on your needs. We’ll agree who handles deployment, updates, backups, and day-to-day operation, along with the running costs, before work begins.

What does ongoing care cover?

Care is agreed for specific delivered systems, with a defined allowance for monitoring, troubleshooting, fixes, and minor changes. Support hours and response expectations are written into the scope. New features, additional systems, and work outside that allowance are quoted separately.

Can I run it myself after handover?

Yes. Self-hosting and client-owned infrastructure are options. You get the source code or workflow configuration and documentation, with any third-party dependencies and running costs explained upfront. Ongoing care is optional.

Build the next version of your business

What would make your business work better?

Send me one repetitive workflow you’d like to improve, or an idea you want to build. Tell me where the friction is and what a better result looks like. We’ll define a sensible first version.
